This existing 30-year old automotive dealership and repair facility was in desperate need of a facelift. It s located in Durham, NC. The renovation and expansion project completed construction in 2012. The dealership remained open for the duration of construction, which was broken up into multiple phases to accommodate business operations. The project was delivered through a single-source Design-Build project with Gontram Architecture, Inc.
