Custom Communications was moving their headquarters to Raleigh, NC. They purchased an existing office building, but the 2nd floor was laid out completely wrong.  The floor was gutted and then custom-designed to suit their needs.  The project was delivered to the Owner via the Architect-led Design-Build process with Gontram Architecture
